The Wellness Education Center specializes in Guided Juice Fast programs.  We use Bio Vitality as part of our pre-fast protocol to ensure that students are moving their bowels 2 to 3 times daily prior to the fast.  During the fast, we use a different product that has special cleansers and detoxifiers, but is meant only for short-term use. After the fast, many students elect to continue Bio Vitality as part of their daily health regimen.  It also has worked beautifully for other clients who experience the challenge of constipation.  I highly recommend Bio Vitality as a wholesome, food-based, gentle fiber product which does not contain stimulants (does not create dependency or cause uncontrolled loose reaction).  In addition to a wide variety of fibers, it contains greens and probiotics, both of which are conducive to healthy bowel movements. We recommend at least 1 TBS serving per day.  Most students enjoy using Bio Vitality to thicken their morning smoothie (in place of ice).  I like adding it to my morning green drink.  How ever you enjoy it, you'll be amazed at the excellent quality bowel movements you get when using Bio Vitality.
